Your tasks:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for scaling our sales operations internationally, working closely with our C-level
- Design and implement a scalable sales process aimed at increasing the effectiveness of deal closures (incl. long-term SaaS deals)
- Be the catalyst for Sales and Marketing integration
- Build up a sales team
- Lead a high-performing team to drive business growth
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders of our customer base of leading debt advisors, private equity firms, data companies and exchanges
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitor activities and potential target markets to drive strategic decision-making
- Represent Leverest at industry events and conferences to enhance Leverest’s reputation and build valuable relationships
Your profile:
- 5-10 yrs+ work experience in a sales role ideally with focus on sales activities with investment banks, private debt funds or in debt advisory or private equity
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales efforts and driving growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Business degree (or other) with excellent grades
- Strong interest in the areas of private equity, private debt, leveraged buyouts as well as technology and digitalization
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and full English proficiency
