What to expect:
- You will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to a range of activities, from recruitment to employee engagement initiatives

- Support Leverest’s HR and organizational processes taking increasingly responsibility
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in HR and employer branding
- Assist in the creation and management of content for Leverest as a brand
- Manage Leverest’s recruiting activities (job ads, headhunter-coordination, university-activities, candidate management and coordination of interview processes)
- Support onboarding processes and the coordination of team events
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g. business administration, HR management, economics or related)
- Strong interest in joining a young, dynamic start-up on the HR-side
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Full English proficiency
