AndCompany, an IT services holding advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital, has acquired AMAN Media. AMAN Media GmbH is AndCompany Group’s second portfolio company. Founded in 1997, AMAN Media has developed very dynamically in recent years and has added well-known companies in the automotive, consumer goods, medical technology, and insurance sectors as its customers. At AMAN, digitalization solutions, web portals, and IoT solutions are being developed and implemented with the support of 40 cloud and software specialists.
