Mustafa is the founder and partner of MD Advisors, a London-based independent debt advisory and restructuring platform. He brings extensive experience in private equity and private credit markets, along with deep relationships across all of Leverest’s stakeholder groups. Previously, he served as Head of Rothschild’s debt advisory and restructuring practice for financial sponsors and held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Ondra Partners. With over 30 years of experience as an advisor, lender, and investor, Mustafa has broad expertise across growth companies, LBOs, and special situations in both corporate and infrastructure sectors.
A Fulbright Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, Mustafa graduated with high honors in Economics. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys playing the piano, watching tennis, and reading history.
