Frankfurt – The Leverest platform supported Greenpeak Partners on an acquisition and investment facility for AXAITRA Group (“AXAITRA”), a fast-growing platform building Europe’s leading Microsoft AI partner network for cloud, data and AI services.
The facility was provided by RSI Capital and will be used to fund further acquisitions and investments within AXAITRA’s business plan, backing the company’s continued buy-and-build strategy under Greenpeak Partners’ ownership.
Since its founding, AXAITRA has pursued an active buy-and-build strategy, bringing together specialist Microsoft partners across Europe including Zertia Telecomunicaciones (Spain), LM IT Services (Germany)), Stellium (Switzerland) and ITAGIL (Nordics). The group focuses on public cloud, data, AI and app modernisation services for small, medium and large enterprises, backed by deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.
