Associate Director / Director | Business Development (UK – London based)

A well-funded European fintech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to establish a strong presence in the UK market — the largest LBO market in Europe. Leverest provides investment banks and private equity investors with digital access to the debt financing market, connecting them with lenders through data analytics and workflow management tools.

Your tasks

• Open Leverest’s UK office and build the local team in London
• Take full responsibility for the UK market
• Develop and grow relationships with debt advisors, lenders and private equity firms
• Represent Leverest across the UK market and industry events

Your profile

• Significant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private equity, or corporate finance
• Solid understanding of debt financing and leveraged buyouts
• Strong network within the UK private equity and private debt market
• Excellent academic background with strong analytical and communication skills
