Your tasks:
- Manage and grow own key accounts and develop new key accounts of leading debt advisors and private equity firms
- Develop a sales strategy for scaling our sales operations internationally
- Support international expansion / roll-out
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators and proactively take measures to increase revenue and meet revenue goals
- Minor: Be involved in product development translating customer needs into innovative solutions and developing new product ideas (potential to become lead-responsible for an entire product category)
- Represent Leverest at industry events and conferences to enhance Leverest’s reputation and build valuable relationships
- Potential to take leadership responsibility (potential to evolve into a VP/Head of Sales role)
Your profile:
- 3 yrs+ work experience in a sales role ideally with focus on sales activities with investment banks, private debt funds or in debt advisory or private equity
- Business degree (or other) with excellent grades
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong interest in the areas of private equity, private debt as well as technology and digitalization
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and full English proficiency
