Hybrid debt package which combines a Senior and junior (e.g. Subordinated or Mezzanine) loan into a single loan. Due to the nature of one debt package versus two separate loans, this type of loan provides an increased transaction speed, lower legal fees and lower average interest rates. Compared to a Unitranche margin and leverage is a bit lower.
